SunNet Plus software can be updated to ensure your sign's firmware, effects, fonts, are the most current available, and also for fixing any reported bugs.

To keep your sign up to date, just download the latest SunNet Software from our support page and install directly over your existing software. Connect to your sign and just click on update.

Should a hardware failure occur, your Outdoor Display is covered by a 5-Year factory protection plan for parts and 1-Year factory protection plan for window displays at no extra charge.The SunRise Extended Service Plan is also available for an additional cost to provide the next level of investment protection.

If you experience a hardware failure with a covered product during the plan's term, simply call the toll-free number, report the issue, and after basic troubleshooting, if the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, you will be given instruction for the next steps to making the necessary repairs.
